- The lightest, stiffest and most durable pedals in the Eggbeater range, thanks to the use of high-quality materials.
- The mud drainage is very good and you can click in from four sides. As a result, you almost always clip in on the first try!
- This pedal can be unscrewed from two sides, making service easier.
- High maintenance pedals, though fortunately changing the bearings is easily doable with the Crankbrothers Service Kit.
- The body tends to damage carbon soles. Using Shoe Shields can prevent this.

The Eggbeater 3 is an extreme durable MTB pedal fitted with the same needle bearings as crankbrothers flagship. The body and spring are completely made out of high quality and durable stainless steel, to ensure the perfect stability and a long lifespan. The unique pedal design makes it possible to clip in on 4 sides. The waterproof seals are improved and the eggbeaters design makes it almost impossible for mud and dirt to stay attached to your pedal.

De Crankbrothers Eggbeater 3 pedalen zijn lichtgewicht en duurzaam doordat dit pedaal gemaakt is met zeer degelijke materialen. De as is gemaakt van 435 Chromoly-staal, en de body en veer zijn ook gemaakt van gesmeed RVS. Dit zorgt er voor dat dit pedaal ondanks zijn beperkte omvang ontzettend stevig is.

De Eggbeater 3 pedalen van Crankbrothers zijn voorzien van een dubbele afdichting waardoor water, stof en vuil geen nadelige invloed hebben op deze pedalen. Door het gebruik van premium-lagers draaien deze pedalen ontzettend soepel, en blijven ze dat vele kilometers doen!

No more for me

Very nice pedal. I have been using them for years. However, I do find it really necessary to buy the CRANKBROTHERS SHOE SHIELDS with it. Then it is a top product.

After 12 years, my old pedals were worn out.... Bearings replaced in no time, by the way. I bought new Eggbeaters without hesitation. By now pedalled all over again for a few hours; Super easy to engage. Solid but still a loose feel, because it allows some movement. Virtually no mud in your pedals and because of a sharp offer affordable! Do it!
