The Brooks B17 Aged is a new version of Brook's flagship. The B17 saddle has been produced for over a hundred years and was added to the Brooks cataloge in 1898 for the first time.

The saddles in the Aged-series are characterised by the smooth leather top. The Aged series are described as an extremely comfortable saddle from the first day you use it. The Aged-series are made for the cyclists who love to ride on a leather saddle, but don't want to invest the time to ride in a saddle from the traditional category. The smoothness of the vegetable tanned leather in their Aged-series is guaranteed by a special mix of oils, washing methods and massaging methods of the leather prior to production.

Breaking in nicely, a quality saddle well worth investing in! .

My mum bought me a Dawes cycle in the early 60s, it had a Brooks saddle attached to it, had that bike for years and still had the original Brooks saddle which was in excellent condition, couldn't say the same for the bike though!. So I went for this Brooks B17 aged, I am very happy with it and it brings back happy memories. Buy with confidence, it will last and last!.
