Missing velcro tabs indicate poor quality assurance
Missing velcro tabs (for affixing sweat band to helmet) means that the band is not secure. Cost of returning the helmet is not feasible and Bell's customer service email address (european_feedback@bells ports.com) does not operate as emails bounce back. Contact thtough Bell's website resulted in reply saying that they only offer support for motorcycle helmets. Overall, a less than satisfactory experience - particularly for a piece of protection equipment.
