The AGU Raceday Zip is waterproof to stop splashing water from the road. It is also windproof to keep out the cold air and keep your feet warm for longer. In short, your feet are well protected from the elements.
With a handy zip
These AGU Raceday Zip shoe covers have a zip on the side so that you can put them on and take them off with ease. The zips are placed in such a way that you can do this even while cycling, so that you can also decide during the race to continue without overshoes if you get too hot.
Extra high model: 29 cm
This model is slightly higher than regular shoe covers, which provides slightly more protection and a faster appearance. It is, therefore, for good reason that these are the official overshoes used by the members of Team Jumbo-Visma.

Life savers in chilly spring showers
These overshoes do what they promise. They saved my toes from a cold shower on a soaking wet Ardennes ride with hours of rain and then another one in the Vosges. I have now ridden several hundred kilometres with them and they still look like new, despite the fact that I recently grazed a concrete post sideways with them.

Nice and high and nice and dry!
I have been through some rain with these overshoes and because they are nice and high and tight your feet don't get wet easily. No shoe cover is 100% waterproof (it always leaks in through the top and holes under the shoe) but with these ones I haven't had any wet feet yet. The zipper allows me to leave them partially on my shoes for the next day so they are then easy to put on. I saw in other reviews that people couldn't get the zipper to close, but that is easily remedied by first zipping up the bottom of the leg and then hoisting the overshoe up. This makes them nice and tight and doesn't slip off. I bought these with zippers for commuting and like them so much that I am ordering another set without zippers for weekend rides!

Unfortunately disappointed that the zip does not fit closed.
Unfortunately, while the size fits perfectly over the shoes, the zip cannot close. In this, I have normal calf, and ankle.
