The AGU Essential Prime III are high-quality cycling longs for men and perfect for winter bike rides. These cycling longs are a new version and now made from recycled material. As a result, it has become a lot more environmentally friendly and it falls under the Greensphere collection of AGU. The Essential Prime III provides wonderful warmth and is very comfortable during longer rides, thanks to the Red 120 chamois. Furthermore, these cycling longs offer light protection against water and the crotch is windproof. In addition, the reflective details ensure that you are extra visible in dark conditions.
The AGU Essential Prime III features Inverno material, which has a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish. As a result, these cycling longs offer light protection against water. Furthermore, the critical thigh areas and the knees are equipped with a double layer of Inverno material, for extra insulation and warmth. The crotch is made windproof, so that this part also stays warm.
Remains in place well and comfortably
Thanks to the Velo mesh braces and the silicone grippers, the AGU Essential Prime III stays in place while cycling. In addition, the mesh braces are also well ventilated. The use of flat-stitched seams reduces the risk of irritation.
Red 120 chamois
The AGU Essential Prime III is equipped with the Red 120 chamois. It performs excellently during longer rides and with more frequent use. During these types of bike rides, you benefit from the high-quality damping of the High-Impact perforated foam. In addition, this chamois is equipped with 'Skiving' technology. This prevents irritations on the skin, by applying subtle differences in height in the chamois. The professional cyclists of Team Jumbo-Visma also use the Red 120 chamois.
