The Topeak Joe Blow Mountain is the ideal pump for mountain bikes. In every aspect, this pump is specialised for the extremely precise inflation of an MTB outer tyre.

Because the pressure gauge is extra sensitive and accurate made for MTB applications, you can determine the pressure of your tyres very precisely.

Construction
The Joe Blow Mountain has an extra high pump volume thanks to its very wide steel pump cylinder. This allows you to blow a lot of volume into the tyre per stroke, making it bulge in no time! The Joe Blow Mountain can pump up to 4 bar (60 psi). This is more than sufficient for almost all MTB tyres. The base and handle are made of a very strong composite, which makes the pump feel stable and durable.

TwinHead pump head
The TwinHead pumphead is suitable for Presta, Schrader and Dunlop valves. Simply turn the handle to lock the pump head onto the valve. The TwinHead also has an air release button. With this button you can easily and in a controlled way release air from the tyre, so you can adjust the ideal tyre pressure for your mountain bike.

Can I replace individual parts of this Topeak JoeBlow Mountain bike pump if required?
There are various parts available for this pump, such as pump head parts and the hose. We do not have any of these in our range (currently).

How do I change the valve type of this Topeak JoeBlow Mountain pump?
This pump has a double valve head on both sides. The lever ensures that the air comes out of the right hole. There is also an air release button which allows a small amount of air to escape so that the pump head can be easily released from the valve. Here you will find the JoeBlow Mountain manual.

What's the difference between a High Pressure (HP) and High Volume pump?
Depending on the type of tyre you have, you might prefer either an HP or a HV pump. High-pressure pumps move a smaller volume of air with each stroke, but can do so up to 220 psi (may vary, check individual pump specifications) and thus better suited for skinny road tyres. A High Volume pump, on the other hand, pumps more volume into the tyre per pump stroke. More efficient for very large tyres such as MTB tyres.
