The inner cable is made up of 19 individual stainless steel wires that are tightly braided together. This specific construction gives the cable high tensile strength and prevents premature stretching, keeping the gears perfectly adjusted for a long time. The inner cable has a diameter of 1.1 millimetres and is equipped with a double nipple with the dimensions 2.5 by 10 millimetres and 4.5 by 4.5 millimetres at the ends. With a generous length of 1700 millimetres for the outer cable and 2250 millimetres for the inner cable, this set is easy to fit to almost any standard city bike, hybrid or transport bike by simply cutting the cable to the correct length.
