The new Shimano XTR M9000 group brings shifting in the world of mountain biking to the next level. Where other brands choose for a double or single, Shimano has chosen to make a group for every type of cyclist. Single, double, or triple: everything is possible.
The new XTR shifter M9000 is a good example. The left shifter can be converted to a 2 or 3 click with a button, which means you use the same shifter for a double and a triple. A carbon shift button brings its weight even further down. It is also possible to move the shifter vertically and horizontally so you can reach optimal ergonomics.
