Shimano XTR CS-M9101 Kassette

The Shimano XTR CS-M9101 cassettes are designed to meet the needs of the most demanding mountain bikers. Thanks to an inventive construction with a 'Beam Spider', as Shimano calls it, this cassette has optimal strength, paired with significant weight savings. The spider and three largest sprockets are made of aluminium, sprockets 5-9 are made of titanium and sprockets 1-4 are made of steel. In this way Shimano has found the optimal weight/strength ratio. The cassette also features Shimano's Hyperglide+ technology, which ensures fast, smooth and precise gear shifts and the drivetrain does exactly what you want it to do.

HyperGlide+ sprockets ensure the best shifting results. Hyperglide+ is Shimano's updated sprocket design. This drive system offers fast shifting, efficient power transfer and good chain stability. Hyperglide+ design ensures consistently smooth cycling by always providing the optimal shifting moment. Pedal jerks and shifting times are thus drastically reduced!
