Shimano's PD-ME700 trail pedals have a robust and durable design. Like most other Shimano off-road pedals, they come with low-maintenance cartridge bearings to keep out dirt and moisture, which helps to reduce maintenance requirements. The wide contact area protects the durable aluminium clip-in mechanism. The strong chromoly steel pedal axle is suitable for the roughest terrain.
