Excellent braking power and modulation thanks to Servo-Wave Technology
These Shimano MT501 + MT520 Disc brakes have high braking power and good modulation. This good modulation is achieved with Shimano's Servo Wave technology. This means that the pistons move towards the rotors faster at the beginning of the braking movement than when the pads are closer to the rotors. This allows you to better dose the braking force and you will go down the trails with more control.
