Shimano GRX RX825 12-Speed

The Shimano GRX RX825 rear derailleur is part of the 2×12 GRX Di2 RX825 groupset. With a capacity of up to 40 teeth, it has a wide range so you can always find the right gear. Also, the derailleur features convenient technologies to provide consistent and accurate shifting performance.

Consistent and smooth gear shifting
Thanks to the clutch in this derailleur, the chain stays properly tensioned. Even when riding on rough terrain, you will find that the chain stays firmly in place and the derailleur does not clatter. This also promotes the derailleur's shifting behaviour; you will also shift quickly and smoothly in rough conditions. On the derailleur a switch has been placed that allows you to take the tension off the clutch for easy removal of the wheel.

Shadow RD+ technology
The GRX RX825 rear derailleur features a stabiliser that reduces chain slap, allowing you to continue cycling with confidence and your chain to stay in place more securely.

Shimano Di2 app
All adjustment options such as assigning shift buttons or customising shift speed can be done via the Shimano Di2 app. The function of the shift buttons is individually adjustable. Among the options remain synchronised or semi-synchronised shifting, where the front derailleur automatically shifts along to create the ideal chain line.

Semi-wireless system
The Shimano GRX RX825 Di2 Disc group only has a cable connection between the battery, the front and the rear derailleurs. Shifting performance has been taken to an even higher level. Not only has shifting speed increased, you can also shift smoothly while applying power to the pedals. Also, there is no need for a junction box; rather, you can set and charge the groupset via the rear derailleur.
