The Renthal Traction Lock-On Grips are excellent for Downhill and Enduro use. These grips are large and easy to install. Plus, these grips won't develop any slack over time as all of the parts of the grips are integrated with one another.

Ultra-Tacky: focus on traction, slightly less on durability
The deep grooves in these grips give you plenty of traction even in the most extreme conditions. The handles are thinner where you place your fingers, and thicker where your palm is to give you all the comfort and control you need while cycling.
Because sometimes crashes cannot be avoided, the grips have special sand/mud drainage channels, allowing you to continue after a crash with the traction you need. These grips are easy to fit. Simply push them onto your handlebars and tighten the screws.

Aramid: focus on durability, slightly less on traction
The Aramid compound combines a lot of grip with a lot of durability. Plus, the grips feature the same drainage channels as the Ultra-Tacky grips, and also the same design to relieve pressure on your hands. The difference is that the Aramid compound is slightly less tacky, but does last longer for it.
