The PowerBar Natural Energy Cereal Bar is a responsible snack that is made of natural ingredients, including oats, fruit and nuts. As it contains no animal products, the Natural Energy Bar is ideally suited to vegans.

The mix of complex carbohydrates provides the body with the energy it needs during exercise. With 24 grams of carbohydrates per energy bar, you can postpone fatigue. The added magnesium (approx. 72 mg per bar) supports a regular energy metabolism and normal muscle function. In addition, the Natural Energy Cereal Bar contains a small amount of proteins (approx. 4 grams per bar). Proteins help retain muscle mass and recovery of damaged muscle fibres. This makes this energy bar a suitable choice for long endurance rides.

Recommended use: Take before and during exercise. Do not take more than 4 bars per day. Take 1 bar 1 hour before the workout. Take 1 or 2 bars per hour during the workout with a few sips of water or sports drink.
