Polar V650

This is a great training device. Check your training data, such as heart rate, speed, distance and altitude, at a glance on the large-format color touch screen.
Along with the Polar Flow Web Service you plan your sessions, get guidance to achieve your goals and to get even more out of your workout. The Polar V650 offers many features that help you train better. The V650 has 3 profiles for cycling and one profile for another sport, that can be adjusted as desired. There are six training views possible per profile, that have 8 data fields.

The integrated GPS tracks your cycling speed, distance and route. The functions "Back to Start" and "Route Tracking" help you to get back to the start of your trip.

The built-in barometric altimeter accurately records data such as ascent / descent but also incline and VAM (Vertical Ascent in meters). On the base of data the Polar accurate calculates burned calories.

Polar Flow calculated your recovery period and the optimal balance between rest and exercise.

Via Polar Flow you can calculate your recovery period and the optimal balance between rest and training is obtained. Immediately after your workout you will get motivating feedback about the effect of your training. The operation is intuitive and simple. On the front side there is a built in LED, which ensures you can be seen better. This can be enabled automatically as needed with dusk, or manual activation.
