The Mavic Crossmax SL has found it’s boundary's, again.
This set is the lightest Crossmax set ever made, with new ISM-4D-technology and other weight-saving details. They have saved most of it's weight in the rim. This is made possible thanks to Mavic's remarkable materials and techniques, such as the shape of the ISM 4D rim, the ITS-4 hubs and Zicral alloy spokes. For each particular spoke a hole is drilled from the top on the strongest spots of the rim. Mavic calls this their "FORE spoke system'' which means this lightweight wheelset remains strong and reliable.
