Maurten Addition Drink Mix 6 Pack

This flavour additive offers a perfect solution to flavour fatigue during training sessions or races. With an Addition in the Drink Mix, the sports drink takes on a fresh new flavour without affecting the function of the hydrogel. It resets your taste buds, so to say, to help ensure that the Drink Mix keeps its intended effect.

Unique flavour technology
What makes this product unique compared to standard sports nutrition is its specific focus on preventing flavour fatigue. Traditional sports drinks have a fixed flavour, but here you are adding a flavour profile to a neutral base. The emphasis is solely on the flavour-reset function of the otherwise deliberately flavourless Maurten Drink Mix. The Additions do not alter your carbohydrate intake but do effectively prevent that repeated consumption of the same product makes you feel queasy or otherwise uncomfortable.

Personalised fuel strategy
The Additions allow you to add a completely different flavour during heavy exercise when your appetite wanes. You can choose from apple, cola, menthol or orange. A monotonous taste can significantly reduce your motivation to keep hydrating. By switching flavours at pre-planned intervals, you stay motivated to stick to the plan you’ve set out in advance. Thus, your energy intake remains consistent and prevents an unwanted energy deficit.

Please note: This product is specifically intended for use as an additive to Maurten Drink Mix 160 and 320. Add the contents of one sachet to a 500 ml water bottle containing the prepared sports drink.
