These toe covers are made of insulating neoprene, which feels flexible and protects against cold airflow. The construction forms an effective barrier against wind and helps keep the temperature around the toes consistent. The outer surface features a coating that repels light rain and road spray. The fit is tight and low-profile, perfect for road bike shoes and for use in changing and cooler conditions.
