The Giro Aeon is devloped for people who wanted to have a lighter and better cooling helmet. Every part is developed so this helmet is 28% lighter than its successor. With these large vents the Aeon has the best cooling properties in its class, while the Roc Loc 5 system ensures a perfect fit.

Roll Cage:
Roll Cage reinforcement is a strong web made out of a DuPont Nylon that its poured into the EPS foam liner. It provides an extra dimension of strenght and integrity, which is noticed when you need it the most.
Super Fit:
A good helmet is comfortable, you will notice that from the first moment you put it on. Thanks to the Super Fit system it is so comfortable it seems to disappear on your head. The Giro Three-Size Super Fit system is based on more than 20 years of experience and the average human headsize. Their experience is gained by producing helmets for the best riders of the world. Resulting in ‘’Skull Hugging Luxury’’. Its design ensures 98% of the world population will fit this helmet, and that while it looks and feels like a custom made helmet.
X-static Padding:
Besides the fact they are comfortable The X-static pads ensure anti-microbial properties to keep your helmet longer clean . The pads are machine washable.
In-Mold Construction:
The In-Mold Construction combines a strong polycarbonate outer shell with
shock absorbing helmet padding. Thanks to its fusion process it is possible to sculpt a better ventilation system, so the In-Mold helmets are lighter and cooler than most traditional helmets.
Wind Tunnel Ventilation:
Giro helmets are developed using its Giro Wind Tunnel ventilation system. This system combines the active vents with the internal ventilation outlets. This combination ensures a cool, fresh air flow over and around the riders head, while forcing the heat and stale out. The renewing of these ''air channels'' turns out to be a huge success. The riders were real enthusiastic, they noticed the new ''air flow'' around their head, resulting in a better cooling!!

After more than two-years of development, Giro introduces: Roc Loc 5. This groundbreaking fit system provides an entirely unique user experience. It has an unmatched level of comfort, stability, adjustability and savinged weight. With Roc Loc 5, you can adjust the fit tension and vertical position with one hand.
