The Garmin Forerunner 45 watch has a powerful GPS receiver for GPS, GLONASS and GALILEO satellites. Even in outdoor areas and in the mountains, you'll keep good GPS reception. The built-in Garmin ELEVATE optical heart rate monitor measures your heart rate 24/7 and gives you insight into your health and performance through the Garmin Connect App. If you need a little extra help, the Garmin Coach will help. You can choose between Jeff, Amy, or Greg! Your virtual coach will set up a free training plan depending on your goals and level.

The Forerunner 45 sports watch is available in two variants; the Forerunner 45 and Forerunner 45S. The latter has a smaller housing, which is more suitable for athletes with a small wrist circumference.
