The Garmin Edge 1000 bundle is the ultimate bike computer for races, communication and navigation. In addition to all standard bike computer functions, you can compete over Garmin Connect Segments using the Edge 1000. You can navigate on- and off-road with pre-plotted routes. You can plan your routes directly and choose out of three different options. It's also possible to upload your files directly using Garmin Connect Mobile. This is a special app with which you can analyse your data and share it instantly. With this app you can push notifications of received messages or calls, or even weather forecasts, to the screen of your Garmin Edge 1000.
