Pace recording and running data
The COROS POD 2 combines a foot pod and a running efficiency tracker in one compact device. When attached to a shoe, the pod delivers real-time and consistent pace data thanks to instant motion capture. This makes it ideal for interval training, where it accurately tracks tempo changes. Besides pace, the pod also records cadence, stride length, temperature, altitude and altitude differences. The built-in magnetic compass also supports GPS track enhancement in conditions with poor satellite signals, such as in dense cities or on covered trails.

When worn on the hip, the POD 2 automatically switches to efficiency measurement and records ground contact time, step width, step ratio and left/right balance. This data provides detailed insight into your running technique. The pod offers a battery life of 25 hours of continuous use and 40 days in standby mode. The included charging case also serves as a power bank and provides up to 5 full charges - an ideal solution for several days of training without access to a power socket.

The pod comes with two shoe clips and one silicone waistband clip so you can choose between both wearing positions.
