Water-repellent and wind-resistant
The Castelli Free Aero RC is made with the Nano Flex 3G fabric, which runs from the waist to the knee. This third generation of the Nano Flex fabric offers wonderful warmth and comfort, which greatly benefits the wearing comfort. Breathability is also central to these tights, as cutting wind is kept out. On the lower legs, the lightly woven Nano Flex stretch fabric is used. This has given the Castelli Free Aero RC a water repellent layer. The water repellent layer provides optimum protection against light rain.

Minimalist braces and stretch leg ends
These bib thights have very minimalist braces, which you can barely feel. These braces ensure that these thights stay well in place. This wearing comfort is further completed by the stretchy leg ends, which make it easier to put on and take off the shorts without the need for an ankle zip.

Back pocket and reflective details
There's a back pocket under the braces to store any spare parts. The Castelli Free Aero RC also has reflective elements on the back of the legs. This will make you more visible in dark conditions.

Progetto X2 Air Seamless chamois
The Castelli Progetto X2 Air chamois is very suitable for your long rides in the saddle. This pad has taken all the points that can cause skin irritation and reduced them even further. The top layer is made of highly stretchable microfibre and has no seams, which minimises the chance of rubbing. The foam used has perforations, which ensures that the chamois has excellent breathability.
