Castelli Cannondale-Garmin Gabba Trøje

The Castelli Cannondale-Garmin Gabba 2 is the successor of the Gabba. The Gabba 2 is an aerodynamic, breathable jersey that will protect against wind and rain.This jersey is equipped with a Windstopper X-Lite fabric and featured a water-repellent finish. Compared to the old Gabba the Gabba 2 has improvements at two points. A flap covering up it's zipper to ensure the wind stays out and some small holes on the bottom of the small backpacks to prevent flooding. Use of less seams provides a higher water resistance

The Gabba 2 is made out of the best materials designed for training or competing in a cooler environment. The water repellent finish keeps you dry much longer, while the good breathability makes sure you will dry up after a shower. This jersey is well combined with the Castelli Nanoflex arm warmers and the Castelli Nanoflex bibshorts.This combo provides the perfect wind and waterproof outfit!

How it all began: This jersey is made after an idea by Gabriel Rasch, who was riding for the Cervelo test team.He wanted a stretchy, snug fitting cycling jersey for cold, rainy conditions with a short sleeve, to combine with the water repellent Nanoflex arm warmers. Castelli took this idea and started working on it. It's result called the Gabba after Rash it's nickname. This jersey is a direct result of the collaboration of Castelli into professional cycling!

Nanoflex: This fabric is manufactured exclusively by Castelli. It's base is a Thermo Fleece fabric,which is treated with million nano-filaments. What creates the most water-repellent fleece fabric ever made. Water drops remain in one piece and slide off the fabric without a trace. The perfect attire for rainy days.

Windstopper X-Lite: A very elastic stretchy wind-stopping fabric. This fabric moves along your body so it doesn't restrict your movement. This windstoppers fabric is 100% windproof and provides a higher breathability than less expensive waterproof fabrics.
