The Abus Viantor MIPS bicycle helmet protects you well in the event of a crash. But in addition to safety, comfort is also important and the helmet should feel good. MIPS for extra protection
The MIPS System consists of a low friction intermediate layer between the EPS liner and the padding, which is provided with elastic fasteners. This allows the helmet to move slightly (slide and rotate) relative to the head in the event of a fall, so that the lateral and rotational forces that can occur during a fall are absorbed. This is in contrast to a helmet without MIPS, where only the blow is absorbed by a depression of the EPS liner.

Micro Adjustment System
In order to be able to adjust the helmet properly, the Micro Adjustment System has been placed in this helmet. With this you can easily adjust the helmet with a rotary wheel on the back of the head. This system has been developed in such a way that there is enough space at the back to be able to wear a ponytail through the helmet.

Strategically placed ventilation holes
In order to have a good airflow over your head while cycling, the ventilation holes are placed in such a way that they properly guide the air through the helmet. This gives you sufficient cooling during a hot or intensive bike ride.
