The Wolf Tooth Elliptical SRAM 8-Bolt oval chainrings are designed to fit SRAM direct mount 8-bolt cranksets. The narrow-wide profile is the alternating use of narrow and wider teeth on the front chainring, which keep the chain stable and tight in 1 line, preventing the chain from falling off. Thanks to the Wolf Tooth's oval chainring, the dead point in your pedal stroke is eliminated. The point where the force is the smallest, the chainring is immediately lifted over the dead point.
Wolf Tooth's patented design means a slightly (10%) less oval shape with a less aggressive position (112°) than competitors' variants. While an oval chainring hardly affects ride feel, it certainly has big advantages in terms of power transfer. Especially during climbing. Inkompatibel med mitt SRAM Rival vevparti eftersom det finns en skillnad i kedjelinjen mellan den ursprungliga SRAM-kedjeringen och Wolftooth. Denna skillnad i kedjelinje anges inte i kedjebeskrivningen, så det är svårt att bilda sig en uppfattning utan att köpa och testa den ... så den kommer aldrig att återbetalas!
