The Shimano GRX RX815 Di2 11 Speed Rear Derailleur is a strong, well-shifting derailleur that, thanks to the clutch, also keeps the chain well-tensioned. This derailleur can be used with one or two front chainrings. Just make sure you do not exceed the capacity and maximum size of the cassette.

Stable and smooth shifting
Thanks to the clutch in this derailleur, the chain stays on tension at all times. Even on rough terrain, the chain stays on and the derailleur doesn't rattle. This also improves the shifting characteristics of this derailleur, allowing you to shift quickly and smoothly in all conditions. This derailleur is equipped with a switch that allows you to take the tension off the clutch, so that you can easily remove the wheel.

A crooked derailleur hanger?

Make sure you clean your derailleur pulleys too!
Like the chain, derailleur pulleys get very dirty. This makes for a less enjoyable ride and doesn't help with the durability of your drivetrain.
