The PowerBar Electrolyte tabs 2+1 free is a multi-pack electrolyte tablets. Electrolytes are essential for transporting nutrients and waste products to and from the muscles. Through sweating, the body loses electrolytes (salts). With these tablets, you can replenish the electrolytes. With this, the Electrolyte tabs contribute to a good exchange of substances in the muscles. The PowerBar Electrolyte tabs are ideal for quenching thirst during exercise.

Manual:
Mix 1 tablet with 500 to 750 ml of water. Drink 200-300 ml one hour before exercise and/or drink 150-200 ml every 15 minutes during intense physical activity. This vitamin supplement cannot be seen as a substitute for a varied diet.

The multi-pack contains 30 tablets for 30 bottles.
