Advanced heart rate measurement at the wrist
Polar Ignite 3 uses Polar Precision Prime™ OHR technology to measure your heart rate very precisely at the wrist. This innovation combines optical heart rate measurement with other sensor technologies. This prevents movement anomalies that could interfere with the heart rate signal and lead to inaccurate readings.

Long battery life
The Polar Ignite 3 lasts up to 5 days in watch mode, up to 30 hours in continuous training or up to 100 hours in power-saving mode.

Sleep features
The Polar Ignite 3 provides a full analysis of your sleep by collecting various data. Nightly Recharge™ recovery measurement lets you see how well you recover from your day's workload at night. SleepWise™ gives you insight into how your sleep patterns affect your energy and alertness during the day and provides bedtime suggestions. Plus, the Serene™ guided breathing exercise helps you relax better. Finally, Sleep Plus Stages™ tracks the amount and quality of your sleep and shows how long you spent in each sleep stage during the night. The vibrating alarm gently awakens you from sleep without disturbing others.

Polar Fitness Tests
The Polar Ignite 3 lets you take various fitness tests, such as a walking test and running test. This will give you insight into various fitness results, such as your maximum heart rate and VO2max.
