The Elitewheels Drive G45 CS gravel wheels with carbon spokes, are the most lightweight carbon wheels within Elitewheels' gravel range, with an impressive overall weight of +/-1330g. And all that while the rims are 45mm high, internally 24mm and externally 31mm! This makes for a stiff wheelset with direct ride and braking ideal for hilly or twisty courses. The hubs are double sealed to keep out water and dirt. The hubs feature semi-ceramic bearings with great durability and low rolling resistance. The Elitewheels are UCI approved, so fully approved for race use.

Rims
The Drive G45 CS wheelset uses a U-shaped rim that has the aerodynamic advantages of a road bike wheel. The rims' 24mm inner width supports 30mm to 50mm tyres. This flexibility allows for road or trail riding. The marble carbon structure with glossy finish gives the wheelset a unique and striking appearance.

Hubs
The Drive G45 CS wheelset includes a custom-made, high-quality hub that uses a double-wall water-resistant design. The hub flanges are specially designed to be simple and practical in shape. This ensures easy cleaning of the hub after riding in muddy conditions. The hub contains high-quality semi-ceramic bearings with ceramic balls for low rolling resistance. These bearings also provide a much longer life compared to steel bearings.

Carbon spokes
What sets the Drive G45 CS apart from most other wheels is the use of carbon spokes. They are 3.2 mm wide aerodynamic spokes, which offer 7% more lateral stiffness compared to equivalent steel spokes. The carbon spokes are mechanically fixed, offering the advantage that they can be aligned and maintained just like regular steel spokes. An anti-loosening system is also incorporated in the spoke nipples. The thread built into the nipples ensures they are double locked in place.

Durability
This Gravel wheelset has flawlessly passed the 20,000km durability test on rough surfaces that mimic the riding conditions on gravel. This far exceeds test standards.
