In the maze of bike bells on offer, I went for 'Mantel's choice'. That was a good choice. Bell does what a bell should do. Clear and loud sound and easy to operate

Simple to assemble. Works excellently. Small. Have mounted this bell on both my commuter bike, and road bike.

A mechanical horn that can be heard at a small volume! I would have preferred the mounting collar to be tightened with a screw and nut. I'm afraid that the single Phillips screw solution won't hold after a while (vibrations, degradation over time, etc.).

Already during assembly, a part broke internally, causing the bell control to spin. By gluing to the desired position, the bell is usable.

Small but fine bell; loud enough, and no pinging from vibrating trails. In black, it doesn't stand out from all the other black parts (handlebars themselves, brake levers, shift knobs, etc.).
