Consider before you begin
So I did not have such a positive experience with these pants. Due to the lack of a silicone border on the legs, the pants creep up, causing the chamois to sit in your groin, which is not nice on a long ride. And I bought these pants for the long rides. The fit seems good when you try them on, but you experience the problems when you ride. After cycling 2 times I called Mantel about this complaint. Verdict, unfortunately peanut butter. Then I should have bought pants with guaranteed fit. Too bad Mantel, a gesture would have been nice.

Economical, elegant cycling pants, tight fit.
Sturdy pants with a thick profiled chamois. Feels like a diaper when walking, but perfect on the bike. Width size (M) perfect for me, but the pants/braces in length quite short. Very tight when walking, but fine on the bike. Suspenders are a very thin mesh fabric. Hard to lay flat on your shoulders.

My favorite cycling pants
I have pants from Castelli, Agu and Bioracer in my closet, but if I have to choose I always pick these Sportful pants. Super fine chamois for long rides and the fit fits my body perfectly. Top stuff!

Along with the Castelli Competizione my new favorite pants.
Along with the Castelli Competizione my new favorite pants. Just slightly more comfortable than the Sporful BodyFit PRO, but (thankfully) not as thick a chamois as in the Castelli Free Aero 4.

cycling shorts fit well. Still a bit early to promote too much as I have only had them on a few times. So far very satisfied.

Fit size is good. Does what it needs to do on long rides. Only downside is that it is a bit tight on the shoulders.
