Super energy supplier! On shorter trips suitable as a snack but especially on long trips very nice as a change from the gel or bar. Taste great! Simply in the mouth and eat. Is first not as heavy in the stomach as a gel and it must not be rinsed with water. Also better than any dry bar with choking hazard! I will definitely get me again.
