Reviews over the
BBB Cycling Sram BBS-441(S)
2 / 5
Good dosage of braking power but worn out extremely quickly.
Had the brakes on my road bike fully serviced (new oil and pads, discs cleaned and blocks broken in). The original blocks were not available so opted for these BBB blocks. After 5 weeks and about 500 km, the blocks were completely worn down, iron on iron. The conditions were bad for soft brake pads, lots of rain and dirty road surfaces, but I didn't expect them to wear so quickly. The next set will be semi-mwtal from a different brand.
Pros & Cons

Do exactly what they need to do.
After bad experiences with brake pads from other brands, I tried these from BBB. Super satisfied with them so far. Wear-resistant and good braking power even in wet weather. Great for our Dutch conditions!

they are fine!
I bought these blocks because my shimano blocks were gone within 100 km in wet conditions. These are holding up much longer now and last time when I checked them they were still like new and I really did get through puddles in the woods. So they don't wear out fast at all I think. I did order the wrong ones, so I filed the ridges off and they fitted. I have now bought the same blocks for my spare wheels (only the right fit of course).

Fine cubes at super price
Now put these blocks in again. The blue resin version. Brakes fine for tracks in the Benelux. Quiet and bites fine. I have the impression that they wear out a bit faster than the original XX1 from SRAM but that's ok. They cost half the price.
