4iiii Ultegra R8100 Precision 3+

Did well for about eight months but then the problems started: regular breakdowns while driving, even in dry weather. Received a new one twice from Mantel under warranty but the same problem again. Kudos to Mantel for its tidy handling. Maybe 4iiii needs to make some improvements.

Very positive after first installation, but did immediately notice that the cover where you insert the battery only tightens very slightly. After 1 month the first problems, signal dropped out. Opening the cover and pressing the battery down tightly solved the problem, but it was not practical. After first rain, water near the battery a rusting causing it to stop working. For warranty to Mantel who only replaced the battery. Do not expect this to solve the problem. Despite other reviews here being positive, this problem is reported more on other forums. If you don't drive in the rain it might not be as much of a problem but I would advise against this gauge.

Very easy to use and very accurate sensor for quality training. Shame about the battery, which discharges faster than expected.

Mounted like a regular rouble arm. Simple coupling and set-up. Affordable entry into strength / power measurement with great benefits for training control.

Been looking for a power meter for not too much money for a while. This one fully meets my expectations, does its job, reasonable battery consumption and easy assembly despite the lack of a good manual, but be careful, in my case there was a ring between the crank and the bearing, which I had not seen anywhere on internet videos. Fitted this in between and it ran like clockwork.

The star spanner for removing the crank must be ordered separately. The crank cannot be removed without it.

I love the 4iii powermeter in connection with my Garmin Edge. Super easy to vonnect, easy to mount. Everything worked perfectly.

4iii makes high quality power meters at a great price. Thanks to the integrated Apple FindMy, I don't have to hide an AirTag on the bike so that a potential thief can easily find and remove it.

Easy installation and setup with the smartphone. The main reason for the 3+ version was the integration with Apple WoIst? or FindMy. The location of the bike can be shared with family members. I find this very practical in case something should happen or the bike goes missing. The power meter itself works flawlessly with my Garmin Edge device.

Product meets expectations. Website supplier confusing. With You Tube videos everything easy to look up (mounting, linking to Garmin bike computer and calibrating). No experience with longer use yet.

The Watt crank has now been tested for approx. 1000km, no failures. I'm also delighted that the crank was found immediately by my Garmin devices. I also think the Find my function is simply brilliant

Already a top product, but the addition of the AirTag apple feature is top-notch.
