According to the product specialist

Pros
The extremely low weight of only 1359 grams makes the R3 perfect for the hills and mountains. The low 30 mm rim doesn't catch much wind.
Thanks to the Algorithm Enhanced Aerodynamics technology, the rim has been optimised to achieve the optimal and most aerodynamic rim profile.
The Diamond Ratchet Body system is extremely lightweight and ensures that the power you supply is transferred to the wheel even faster.
Thanks to the pre-installed tubeless rim tape you can make the wheels tubeless in a jiffy, which increases comfort, reduces rolling resistance and increases resistance to punctures.
Scope wheels are developed in the Netherlands in cooperation with Schwalbe, SKF, TU Eindhoven and TU Delft, so high quality is guaranteed.
These wheels definitely win the beauty award for their shiny carbon rims and simplicity in decals.
Due to the rim height of 40mm, the Wind 40C wheels are very versatile; high enough for aerodynamic advantage, but low enough for use on windy roads.
The sealed industrial bearings in these wheels run smoothly and at the same time are well sealed against water and dirt.
If you're looking for lighter weight, improved aerodynamics and good braking performance, this is the way to go.
The aluminium brake track offers optimal stopping power under all conditions.
The Cup Cone bearings are extremely durable and easy to maintain.
Compared to their predecessors, these wheels have far fewer decals, giving them a cleaner look.
Cons
The wheelset does not come with a wheel bag.
A Sram XDR, Campagnolo or Campagnolo N3W body is available separately.
These wheels cannot be made tubeless.
The carbon braking surface makes this wheel less suitable for long mountain descents with the risk of a blowout or rim deformation.
Due to the aluminium brake rim, these wheels are quite heavy compared to other wheels in their price range.
