According to the product specialist

Pros
With its high and open outer blocks, the G-One Bite is ideal for dry to muddy conditions, and also for the more challenging MTB trails.
Thanks to the SpeedGrip rubber compound, the tyre has the right balance between grip, rolling resistance and durability.
This gravel tyre can be used tubeless to allow you to get the most out of it.
The Super Ground carcass has a SnakeSkin tissue layer from bead to bead for protection against cuts and punctures.
Tubeless Easy gravel tyre with plenty of grip at high speeds.
No snakebites because of the latex sealant instead of an inner tube.
Also suitable for e-bikes with pedal assistance up to 25 kmph.
The Byway Road has good performance for both asphalt and gravel roads thanks to its smooth tread and higher side knobs.
The Byway Road TCS is tubeless compatible, allowing you to ride with lower tyre pressure for more comfort.
Thanks to the volume of the tyre, it moulds itself better to the unevenness of the ground and you experience lower rolling resistance.
Cons
With its larger outer blocks, the G-One Bite rolls less smoothly over the asphalt than the G-One Allround, despite the low and open tread design.
The Schwalbe G-One excels in dry and paved conditions, but is less able to handle wet conditions.
These tyres are less suitable for the more rugged trails due to their flat tread.
