This front derailleur shifts quickly and smoothly.
You can place the chain at an angle on the cassette without the chain rubbing against the front derailleur.
You can use 32 mm wide tyres without the tyre rubbing against the derailleur.
The Shimano 105 R7100 has fast and reliable shifting performance for 12-speed.
Smooth shifting from the inner to the outer chainring is guaranteed.
Also able to shift gears without any problems while putting pressure on the pedals.
Nice compact design for less air resistance.
Easily adjustable cable tension.
Cons
Many cyclists use tyres wider than 32mm.
At Shimano 105 level, the weight is relatively a bit higher than previous Ultegra or Dura-ace level front derailleurs.
