According to the product specialist

Pros
With 1670 grams, the Ksyrium Elite UST Disc is a light, but also strong and reliable wheel set. This makes the wheel set all-round usable, but it really comes into its own during climbs and descents.
The wide 19 mm tubeless rims allow wide outer tyres to be used, which improves comfort and grip.
The UST tubeless system has a tight connection between rim and tyre. This makes the setup perfectly airtight and can even be made tubeless using an ordinary bike pump.
The Instant Drive 360 body has a 9 degree engagement, meaning that the wheel set reacts very quickly when you put power to the pedals.
After registration of the wheels on Mavic's website, the manufacturer's warranty will be extended from 2 to 3 years.
The 50 mm high OCLV Pro carbon rim offers the optimum mix between weight, strength and durability.
D3 Dual Directional Design rim profile reduces air resistance around the tyre and rim.
Tubeless Ready (TLR) rims allow a quick conversion to tubeless systems.
You can fall back on the Carbon Care Wheel Loyalty program in the case your wheels get damaged.

Cons
Mavic UST technology comes into its own with Mavic UST tyres. Other tubeless tyres don't fit as well on the rim.
The Ksyrium Elite UST Disc is only available with Shimano 10-11 speed fit. Optionally a Mavic ID360 body for SRAM XDR or Campagnolo body is available.
With 1699 grams not the lightest wheel set for in hilly terrain.
