Pros
The multiple versions allow every rider to pick their favourite amount of float. |
Unworn cleats let you clip in and out easily and lock into the pedal better. |
Each colour has its own degree of float: Red: 0 degrees, Blue: 2 degrees, Yellow: 6 degrees. |
Yellow is for anyone starting out in cycling or not 100% sure of their cycling position. |
Blue and Red can be used if you have done a bikefit and provide the best power transfer. |
With this adapter you can also use your road bike shoes on mountain bikes or spinning bikes. |
This cleat protects the SPD cleat properly and leaves no to few prints on the floor. |
More grip when walking. |
Good power transmission and less wear due to the hard plastic material. |
Fits all Shimano SPD-SL system pedals. |
Cons
As cleats are prone to wear, they will need to be replaced every now and then. |

Maybe not the original cleats, but at least as good! |
