The Dual Carb formula with a 2:1 glucose-fructose ratio enables a maximum carb uptake of 90 grams an hour.
The added sodium contributes to proper moisture absorption and makes you feel thirsty so you'll continue to hydrate during exercise.
When opening the packaging, you won't lose the tear-off strip due to the so-called "Trash Chain".
Some PowerGel flavours contain caffeine (51 mg each): Black Currant, Green Apple and Espresso.
Due to their highly fluid consistency, you can ingest these Hydro gels without drinking any water.
