The USB ceramic bearings spin very smoothly.
The fat, bladed spokes give the wheels a striking appearance and reduce the chances of spoke failure.
The C17 version has a wide rim which improves aerodynamics and comfort.
The wheels are stiff and lightweight, making them ideal for climbing and highly responsive.
The low weight of only 1555 grams in combination with the 45mm high rim, makes the Scope S4 wheels a very good all-round wheelset that can compete with the Zipp 303.
The highly developed carbon brake surface can withstand temperatures of up to 280 degrees and performs well in all conditions, even in the rain!
The pre-installed tubeless rim tape makes the wheels tubeless in no-time; this ensures more comfort, lower rolling resistance and higher puncture resistance.
An extended warranty period of 3 years and a lifetime crash replacement program give you a lot of security with Scope!

Cons
The aerodynamics aren't great. For that, you'll need a deeper and more rounded rim design.
The wheels aren't tubeless ready.
There is not much choice in brake pads. For the best braking performance and long life of the rims you should use Scope brake pads.
The carbon rim brake structure makes this wheel less suitable for long mountain descents with the risk of blowouts or rim deformation.
No wheel bags or brake discs are included when buying a wheelset.
A body for Sram XDR, Campagnolo or Campagnolo N3W is available separately.
