According to the product specialist

Pros
The water-repellent layer offers optimal protection against light rainfall.
Very comfortable thanks to the snug, stretchy fit.
The silicone grippers ensure the warmers stay securely in place.
The water-repellent and breathable Nano Flex 3G fabric keeps your arms dry for a long time during rainfall.
Also suited for use in cold, dry conditions as despite their breathability these armpieces are nice and warm.
With these arm warmers, road cycling or mountain biking in low temperatures is no big deal.
The arm warmers are lined with a soft fabric, which makes them nice and warm.
Easy to put on and take off during cycling.
Cons
They're not 100% waterproof, so you might still get wet during heavy rainfall.
Although these arm warmers are water-repellent, this does not mean they are waterproof in case of heavy rain.
Only available in black.
The rather big Craft logo on the forearm is not everyone's cup of tea.
