The chainrings are easy to change between a 50/34 or 52/36 ratio.
Shifting speed under load is vastly improved compared to the R7000 cranksets.

This crankset's chainrings can easily be changed from 50/34 to 52/36 to 54/40 or vice versa.
Durable crankset with great power transfer.
Cons
The Ultegra crankset is lighter.
The Dura-Ace crankset is lighter and has a cut-out to decrease wear, which this crankset does not have.
