An awesome look for an affordable entry level wheelset!
The 19 mm inner rim width allows for 25 to 50 mm tyres. Wider tyres increase comfort and decrease rolling resistance.
The G3 spoke pattern saves weight due to the use of fewer spokes, and enhances power transfer.
With the 2-Way Fit rim profile you can choose to ride tubeless or with folding tyres and inner tubes.
These wheels offer a good balance between aerodynamics, stiffness and comfort.

Mavic Aksium Disc wheels offer unusually good value for money.
The Aksium Disc wheelset is equipped with durable and well-sealed Mavic QRM 2RS bearings. These are less likely to be affected by dirt and moisture, which makes them last longer.
The 17 mm wide rim can accommodate tyres that are 25 to 32 mm wide.
If you register the wheels on Mavic's website, the manufacturer warranty is extended from 2 to 3 years.
The DT Swiss A1800 Spline 30 is a lower-end aero choice from DT Swiss. Reliable and durable, it is perfect as a replacement wheel set.
30 stands for the rim height. 30 mm high gives a slight improvement in aerodynamics and stiffness thanks to the shorter spokes.
Thanks to the internal nipples and aero spokes, fewer air vortices are created in the wheel and you have lower drag.
With the Pro Lock nipple system, your wheels maintain much better spoke tension for longer.
The DT Swiss 370 hubs with ratchet body are easy to maintain and the rear wheel has fast engagement torque.
Cons
At just under 1800 grams, this is not a lightweight wheelset per se but in this price range it is.

The Mavic Aksium wheelset is only available with a Shimano 10-11 speed freehub body. A Mavic FTS-L Campagnolo freehub is optionally available.
Internal spoke nipples can be a little trickier to align if the wheels are made tubeless. But the wheels are perfectly pre-tensioned and therefore won't happen easily.
