According to the product specialist

Pros
The double-sided clip-in option has given way to a super-aerodynamic golf ball profile on the underside of the pedal.
The Speedplay cleats offer the possibility to adjust your cleats up to the millimetre.
Thanks to the triple-sealed bearings, the Speedplay pedals are very resistant to riding in bad weather.
The pedal axle made of stainless steel and the body made of Grivory make this pedal very durable.
Extremely lightweight, and the choice of many pro's.
Not two, but three bearings per pedal. This allows it to run smoothly and last longer.
Adjustable spring tension to determine how easy it is to (dis)engage the pedal.
This pedal is very light because its body is made of carbon!
The carbon body and titanium spindle ensure optimal power transfer.
You can choose the best tension yourself.
Thanks to the ceramic bearings, as little wattage as possible is lost while pedalling.
Aerodynamic advantage as the surface of the pedals integrate seamlessly with the walkable cleats.
The angle at which you disengage from the pedals can be adjusted one degree at a time to suit your own preferences.
The walkable cleats allow you to walk around on them without damaging the locking mechanism.
Cons
Because you can no longer clip in from both sides, some ease of use is lost. But you do get a lot of aerodynamics in return.
The carbon body is more easily damaged in the event of an impact.
-
Replacing the cleats is expensive.
Regularly require grease applied by the special Speedplay Grease Gun.
