A Vectran breaker is lighter and more flexible and provides more effective protection against cuts than a nylon breaker layer. All without compromising on rolling resistance.

I am a somewhat heavier cyclist and as a result, I have more frequent breakdowns than most, especially when cycling on thin tyres. However, these tyres still allow me to enjoy the benefits of the GP5000, but with extra puncture protection. For me, these are the perfect racing tyres. I have them in 35 and 28 mm and both are great!
