Pros & Cons

Pros & Cons

  • These tubeless ready road bike tyres can be used in all conditions all year round.
  • Greatly improved durability, puncture resistance and grip compared to the Continental GP5000.
  • The compound's composition is geared towards grip when cornering and in wet conditions.
  • The Vectran-breaker puncture-resistant layer is lighter, more flexible and better against cuts than a nylon-breaker layer.
  • Compatible with hookless rims up to the highest tyre pressure your rims are suitable for.
  • Does not have the speed of a Continental GP5000 tyre.

Worth money

- Cor 30 September 2024

I am a somewhat heavier cyclist and as a result, I have more frequent breakdowns than most, especially when cycling on thin tyres. However, these tyres still allow me to enjoy the benefits of the GP5000, but with extra puncture protection. For me, these are the perfect racing tyres. I have them in 35 and 28 mm and both are great!

Good buy for any cyclist who wants to ride well

- Gilbert 1 April 2024

Bought this tyre as I ride throughout the season. The chance of getting a puncture in the rain is a lot less. Definitely worth investing in this.
