Le Fulcrum Racing Zero Competizione sono ruote nuovissime all'interno dell'assortimento Zero. Queste ruote contengono tutte le tecnologie derivanti dalle già esistenti ruote Zero, solo con quel tocco di qualità in più per colmare il divario tra le ruote Zero e le Zero Carbon. Le Zero Competizione ad esempio, utilizzano i cuscinetti in ceramica Cult invece dei cuscinetti USB per garantire una maggiore durata dei mozzi. In più presentano il sistema 2-Way Fit, il quale rende possibile la guida tubeless, ragion per quale le forature sono acqua passata. Inoltre, è stata aggiunta anche la tecnologia Momag, la quale assicura che i fori dei raggi siano perforati solo nella parte superiore del cerchio e non in quella inferiore. Ciò migliora la rigidità dei cerchi. Questo set di ruote utilizza cerchi C17, i quali si adattano ancora meglio ai copertoni da 25mm e 28mm

Installing a cassette on a wheel is easy if you have the right tools. If you purchase a cassette remover with a Shimano fit, you will be able to mount either a Shimano or Sram cassette on your rear wheel. Please note! For a Campagnolo cassette you need the Campagnolo tool. If you have a Shimano 9/10-speed cassette, first slide the spacer over the body. Then you place the cassette on the body. This can only be done in one way because of the fit of the body. Finally you turn the washer straight on by hand and tighten it with the cassette tool. Cassettes aren’t easily overtightened, but if you want you can use a torque wrench for this.

• Pay attention to the direction of travel when mounting your tyres.
• For Shimano 9/10-speed, do not forget to mount the spacer first before installing the cassette.
• Make sure the rim tape is stuck well in the rim.
• On both the front and rear wheel, there is a small adjustment screw on the left-hand side to adjust the side play.
