The Vittoria Mezcal G2 MTB tyres have a low tread with narrow spacing, so you'll be quick as lightning on wet and dry forest terrain. The Mezcal G2 tyre is especially suitable for fast cross-country races. The centralised tread pattern on the Mezcal and Barzo combines a lot of grip with speed. This makes this cross country tyre combination suitable for both dry and wet terrains. Plus, this combination distinguishes itself with the supple 120 TPI carcass. You'll ride across uneven terrain smoothly.

Both treads are relatively open, to improve grip in wet conditions. The Barzo will have grip in very muddy conditions, but the traction of the rear wheel won't be as good. The Barzo G2 is a cross country tyre for the most technical terrain. The block pattern on the tread optimises grip while cornering, and provides a lot of grip on loose terrain. With the Barzo G2 as a front tyre, you won't quickly lose your balance while cornering!
