The TA Specialities X 110 allows you to customise which crank ratios you want to use on your bike. As TA offers chainrings with other gears than Shimano themselves offer. This allows you to compose the gears to your liking. To ensure smooth shifting, TA Specialites does recommends that the difference between the inside and outside chainring should be between 12 and 16 teeth.
The blades are made of hardened 7075-T6 aluminum, making them extremely wear-resistant and keeping the weight down. The chainrings are handmade and milled on the workbench, ensuring a good finish.

Good and cheap, ideal chainring
- Rens 6 March 2024
This chainring is one of the cheapest blades available with a large toothing (42T). That makes it an ideal choice as far as I am concerned for long flat workouts. It is cheaper, but doesn't undercut in quality (except in weight).
Pros & Cons
Cheap
Fast delivery
Large gearing ideal for flat workouts
Shifts well
Slightly heavier than some other gears

Ideal for replacing an Ultégra chainring, with the optional screw covers, the look is rather well finished.
